5 Star Service from Brandability

Gavin from Brandability showed our company the most fantastic customer service. I recently had a very unfortunate experienced with a company Brandwithin, but Gavin from Brandability heard about it, and stepped in to rescue the situation. He immediately offered to investigate what had gone wrong and offered to either deliver what we had been promised or refund us. As it turned out what we had paid for with Brand Within could no longer be sourced, sao he agreed to offer us a full refund, even though it was not his company we paid. I am not sure of the relationship between the two companies, but Gavin was a great communicator, and he always followed through on his word, very promptly. Highly recommended. Hopefully we can send some business their way soon.
