Bradlows Randburg worst experience ever!!!

I’m so angry and would not recommend people to buy their devices from this store, my credit score was not good therefore I could not get a contract from cell phone providers, I used to own an iPhone 7 that I bought from mtn and it never ever gave me issues, I lost that phone and I went to bradlows since I bought the tv and and a washing machine prior, this guy whom I won’t mention told me that I was qualifying for an iPhone 13 contract for 3 years I then took it, a few months down the line, the phone started giving me issues as it was not charging, I took it back and they gave me a replacement, when I opened the new replacement I kinda suspected that the phone that he gave me was not new but I decided to overlook that, and just a few months after that this phone is literally giving me problems on a daily basis and when I told him again he simply said it was out of guarantee, I’m mad that I trusted this store and please please don’t ever buy your devices from Bradlows otherwise you will regret it big times , imagine after paying so much money they gave me a faulty phone, bradlows u the worst !!!!!😡😡😡😡
