BAD SERVICE AND MILLICIOUS ACTS

on the 7th September i saw a phone online a14 samsung selling at R2199 called my nearest store centurion the lady said she doesn't have on stock, but QUAGGA center has due to me staying far from pta west i asked a friend to buy for me in store. I initially called the store spoke to Cecilia who conformed they have stock i must give my id and cell number she will reserve it.I sent my friend when she got there Thabo second in charge manager said he cant sell it because the store manager is on leave and apparently the stock is for the warehouse.They suggested i buy on line R2199+R295 which is extra R295 i can't afford to do that now because i had to give my friend money for petrol to go there to pick up the phone i logged a compliant with head office was given a ref number*** today when i followed up they said its resolved by the same guy who refused to sell the phone to me how can i complain the same person resolves the matter. I believe that there is something malicious happening there how do you book the phone on my id but can't sell it to me?
