Incomplete build in wardrobes

In 2022 I had my bedroom build in wardrobes done , it has 6 doors and each door had 1 hinges missing and the guy building at the time said he will come back to install the other missing hinges.It has now been two years going to the store complaining about this and they always take down my details as if they will do something, been also communicating with the builder on whatsapp and everytime he promises to come.I have been very patient with Bradlows for way to long. I'm even skeptical to finish paying them as i fear the worst of never getting these wardrobes fixed.
