There’s a guy who helped me with opening account at Bradlows khayelitsha his name started with an M, like an English name . When we opened an account we agreed on making it 6 months payments . As I wanted to finish off as early as possible . I paid for about 4-5 months if I’m not mistaken and I thought of logging in online to my profile and to my surprise , I was signed up for 12 months . He didn’t give me a contract I just signed and he took it with him . I tried calling in and they said I should come to the store however I’ve been out of the province but now I’m back . My credit score is botched up because of this I’m very much aware of the 1-2 months I still need to pay but I’m not happy to pay more . That guy is a **** apparently there’s more people with the same complaint about the sales consultants working in that store . I’m not happy at all
