I bought a 43 cm Skyworth smart TV not even 6 months after the TV went off

I bought a 43 cm Skyworth smart TV not even 6 months after the TV went off. I have returned the TV to the stores waited two week nothing comes up, no call no communication at all. I went to the shop last week Tuesday met the lady claims to be the manager and she showed me on the screen of the computer that my TV is still with them but it's booked so Skyworth people will come any day soon. I left the shop and told the manager I will come again next Tuesday if you don't text me which is this passed Tuesday on this week but I didn't go and still even now they are still quite. I'm not happy at all with their bad service they are giving me and I would like to get my TV please help me.
