WORST SERVICE EVER AT BRADLOWS FOURWAYS & THEIR FACTORY

The most pathetic service ever, bought a bed that was lost before it got to my place, after days of waiting finally got delivered damaged with holes as if it was eaten by rats, its been 2 months now trying to get them to collect/ exchange it. Their factory ,worst service ever,been to their Fourways Branch spoke to a guy called Siya whom i have been told he is the manager there but he is not helpful, he just doesn't care, no feedbacks, no follow ups, nothing. Bradlows must come and take their bed and give me what i paid for or else pay my money back. I AM TIRED OF BEGGING THEM.
