Racketeering.. Does it apply? I wonder..

Through Telkom Mobile, Bradian logistics tried to charge me R3500 for a software reload of my two week old Samsung. I contacted Samsung and they said they offer that for free especially if it's a manufacturing fault. Mmmmm... Is someone making a bit of extra money on the side? Needless to say, Telkom Mobile were no help. Their Cavendish Express branch doesn't even have a phone for you to call them. You have to go in every time you want to speak to them. A cellphone provider with no way for customers to call them... Mmmm...
