Most unprofessional, tragic service

Never in my life again will I make use of this service. It is really unfortunate that Telkom is associated with this company. I booked my phone in on the 8th of may. I made an immediate payment on the 25th of May for R1900. They told me it would take 4-7 working days after receiving the payment. it has now been 14 working days after payment was made and I am still waiting for my phone. If I had just booked my phone in through Samsung myself directly, this would not have been a problem.

I am really disgusted with your unprofessional service.
