Bradian Logistics Solutions!! Worst Ever.

Sies! I have nothing more than disappointment with the service we are currently receiving from Telkom and Bradian logistics. SIES MAAN!! I took my phone back to Telkom (Kolonade) in July 2018 after the screen got broken. The phone was then sent to Bradian Logistics for a quote for repairs. We then received a quote about 3 weeks later of R1380. We paid the amount and were expecting that the phone would be fixed and back by now (Reference number: TRJ067274). To this day, we are still without a phone. We called Bradian Logistics and were told the phone was sent back to Telkom since the quote was rejected. (Imagine the shock of getting such a response knowing exactly that you paid the whole amount). Went to Telkom today to get my phone and hope to get my money as well since we are now fed up and would rather use a service provider who will get the job done. Telkom Kolonnade says the phone was never returned, we called Bradian together with the representative at Telkom, they asked for the ref number, we gave them, they checked and the phone is still with Bradian, not fixed. They say we'll get it by next week, when asking why they keep giving us the runabout, they say the previous person who assisted us might not have known how to check the whereabouts of the phone. Telkom can also not help us to get our phone back. Now we are here, three months later, money for repairs fully paid but we sit without a phone unsure of where it is or if we'll ever get it back. Mind you that was a brand new phone and we're still paying for the contract monthly. Can anyone assist with the ombudsman for Bradian Logistics' type of business? I'm tired of these frustrations and utterly disappointed at the way they do things. It's a shame that these types of businesses, which ***** from people still exist in 2018. SIES!! If you bought something at Telkom and have to return it for repairs. Please ask that they do not take it to Bradian Logistics, you'll never get it back!!
