Bradian Logistics solutions refusing to replace my cellphone since 02 December 2019

This company took my cellphone for repairs since the 2nd December 2019 and they say they will replace it and not fix it as it is a system problem, I've been calling them and going to the store and they blatantly tells me that they dont talk to clients, I must go to the shop where I bought the celphone. When the shop calls them they keep on saying they are waiting for a replacement phone and its 2 months now.
