Bradian logistics shift blame and ***** people

I sent my phone in via telkom to this repair centre for the phone being bent. When it went in,it was working and chargong. When I got it back at the store,it was said by the repair cpmpany bradian logistics that the phone was NOT opened. When I went into collect the phone ,it was not charging or even working. My phone is 2months old. Now they want to charge me more than what my phone is worth to fix a problem they caused. They are also shifting blame to telkom and samsung. This is shocking. Iv been 2months without a phone. Managers are never available. Iv lost almost R 100 000 in business due to this and im fed up. I just want my phone back,working properly and no one can give me answers.
