Bradian Logistics and Telkom Worst Service!

I Booked my phone with Telkom in Paarl Mall on the 23rd of January 2021 for repairs after I had it for 6 months (Still under warranty). I started having problems with the Charging port and the phone would no longer super/fast charge or connect to the Samsung charger. The assistant inspected the phone before sending it off and even wrote a small description of the condition of the phone - Everything was working fine at the time except for the charging port. On the 28th of January I received a sms with a quoted amount of R3452,30 for the repair of Lcd screen including charging port. I tried to explain to them that nothing was wrong with the LCD Screen and everything was working perfectly fine. They were very arrogant and after numerous emails and requests for them to explain how the Lcd was damaged nothing was done. I have gone back to Telkom - in essence, I am their client and they should be in contact with their sub-contractor - in contrast I received no help and only spoke to an arrogant and *********** assistant. I am cancelling both my contracts with them!!!
