A gold star for great service

This is just to say thank you to Douglas Mangaba who was very helpful regarding the repairing of my phone. Douglas took the time to do Proper investigations before hitting me with an unnecessary bill from Telkom. It was because of you that we found the root cause of the problem. You were the light at the end of the Tunnel, Telkom needs to really thank you because if it was not for you I would have left them.

Even though there were a few glitches with your colleagues and inaccurate information you were really able to help and rectify the problem .
