Rude staff and no aervice
Dealing with BP The Village Branch is the worst. Not one attendant on the forecourt on a Friday evening. When I went in to ask to see the manager to find out what was going on the cashier was so rude to me and the manager refused to come talk to me. We finally left and went somewhere else. But here is my take on a situation like this. I was not rude and was asking politely only to be treated by staff like she was doing me a favour. Now I go over the road from them because at least the staff across the road from them treat customers with respect. We are dealing with people that think they are entitled but are to stupid to realise that if it weren't for customers they would not have a job. Each to their own but we will never go back to this garage again. We would rather travel to another garage.

Absolutely heart breaking
It's with utmost concern I'm writing this review about the BP garage in Sunnyside Pretoria, corner Kotze and Steve bike road where I discovered staff members are being physically exploited to work ridiculous hours of which they are not paid for. I've been pouring petrol in my car at that specific petrol station for months now and I've had a chance to engage with the staff finding out their work experience and environment because they never seem to not be on duty. One of the recent engagement with a staff member I discovered the Manager there named Ambram, doesn't give their workers sick leave. They work more then 50 hours and it's against SA labour law rules. I asked the petrol attend why they don't report the abuse and ill treatment all he could say is he needs the job and fears loosing it. He claims the manager Ambram's reason for the overworking is to push sales while refusing them to go on toilet breaks or lunch . According to a stuff member they are unable to live life normally or attend their health issues. Can stakeholders please look into this matter. The staff members on the ground are being exploited and ill treated by Ambram. If this is what the company stands for I genuinely believe it should be reported to the SA laws. More staff members can be appointed to ensure all operations run smoothly then to exploit people like this. It's sad and heart breaking. Think for the families these people are working for. Think for all the important events they miss of their family members who they working for.

BP collectables ****
I have been to the BP on rondebult road, they still have plenty of collectable cars. I have just put in another R500, this makes it 9 times from my last code. You send messages that no new codes will be sent but some garages has stock?? Is this just again another **** from BP like last year.

BP Loyalty Program bad faith. Don't bother as they NEVER have stock
This is actually for the BP loyalty program. This is simply a warning for other loyalty program members. Don't go out of your way to fill up by BP as I do. I currently literally live around the corner from another service station but go out of my way to put fuel in by the service station in Three Rivers Vereeniging. The only reason I put fill up there is for my grandson who nags me to go there as he wants the little dinky toy. The things we do for our grandchildren. I qualified for a free dinky car on the 15th of August already. I have been back numerous times since then, but they never have stock. Eventually on 27 August I called the number on the loyalty card and spoke with Noeraan @ 13:44 and explained the situation and asked why Three Rivers BP never have stock. (This happened last year as well. BP Three Rivers NEVER have stock.) She asked which one and we identified that it is the one in Three Rivers Vereeniging, took down my details, promised to call me back. Today is 2 September and I yet have to receive a phone call from her.... So, this is the treatment one gets for being LOYAL. I get that they could possibly have run out but why not call me and tell me. Secondly why do I get repeated text messages from BP asking me whether I have lost the code and proceed to give the code again. If you have no stock, then quit for the texts. I do realise the T''s and C's do not guarantee a little car but then at least stop sending the texts as that is simply bad faith.
