Yonela vinkqishe poor behaviour towards clients

Good day it is with great regrets that i visited boxer supermarket at MTN rank in johannesburg CBD and i was insulted by the cashier that goes with a name yonela vinkqishe and she was dressed causally with no uniform or name tag on ,because i asked why we have been standing on the line for the past 20mins and she was busy with her nails her response was if you feel like not waiting try another store ...that is truely ********* behaviour and the management should definitely take action for such unprofessional work ethics and i would like to escalate the complaint to the head office ..because she is not treating clients well
