Worst service

Worst customer experience? While shopping at Boxer baden at North West Mall there was no network as I waited for almost 15 minutes without help , the funds were deducted from my account without any slip or proof then I asked if I can get a letter or proof to take to the bank. The supervisor came took my bank card from cashier without asking permission feom me to the office. Then the supervisor came back with a letter stating that my card declined instead of saying there was no network hence funds were deducted from bank account and I did not receive goods. No one apologized for inconvenience.
