Worst customer service

I just had the worst shopping experience at Boxer Kwabhaca mall. I stood there for a long time before anyone served me at the Deli, then when I was finally served the cashier counted her money first and cleaned her till but she could clearly see that I was on lunch because I had my uniform on. Every time I shop there it’s the same experience at the Deli, they should do better
