Worst customer service.

I was at Langa Boxer superstores, Capetown. With me I had a plastic bag with shoes inside the lady at the parcel counter said they don't keep shoes I must go inside with them but the security at the door said I can't go inside with the plastic. I then went back to the parcel counter and told the lady what the security said but she gave me the attitude and said she doesn't know what am I going to do because she will not take the plastic even though the security told her to keep it. I ended up going home without buying what I wanted it's a pity I didn't actually get her name.
