Worst client service

I went to Boxer Store in Victoria Street situated in Albert Centre where I received the worst service, I bought a 1.5 lt Thirsti sparkling water, which was priced at R11, 99 in the shelf and when I went to the till it showed R13,99 and I showed Margaret who assisted me and she called her Supervisor and the supervisor took the price tag I had and she said she was going to look for the person responsible for prices, she came back and she told Margaret theat she can’t find the person, Margaret must continue helping other clients but she never communicated to me. I asked the cashier is I was going to be assisted she said no and I left the store.
