Why should I pay for trolley while iam a customer???

I and my family buy at boxer at mafikeng CBD every time, but I dnt understand y we must be forced to pay for a trolley. Can boxer manager or head office make a plan about this,we use our monies at their store and they dnt want us to have trolley. There are some boys hu are at the store wen u pay they book yr trolley. After paying they want to push yr trolley and u must pay them again.thats no fair they want R40 to take u to the taxi rank and it is nearby. The taxi is R40 and pay R40 for trolley again. Y can't u guys hire ppl hu pick yr trolley and not make us pay more money unnecessarily. Hire ppl to pick yr trolleys in town we are sick and tired of that thing of yrs. If u ask those guys to leave u alone and push the trolley they say they not allowed to do that. We cant shop freely because of those body guards of yr trolleys they dont even allow u to go to the bank.they say u wasting their time. They must go bak to work but u ddnt ask them in the first place. We cant do shopping because of filthy boys who push our trolleys. Next time I come there I dnt want to pay for trolley and my grocery I'll only pay grocery and the person hu dnt want us to go with trolley will pay the rest. Where do we get dat money. We working very hard for that money .think for yr customers pls.
