We need new cashiers

Ay ay I'm really disappointed about the cashier's because they are the only one who receive the proper training in stores they are the face of the store I just don't know why they lack of the proper customer service

Boxer store in folweni your cashier's need a re training,just 7 hours ago there is this guy who was asking for cash back and he did not get it the cashier rolled her eyes and said she doesn't have money and there was another guy behind him he also asked for cash back and the same cashier did not hesitate to give him,it was so strange because she said she doesn't have money on her till

Is that how it supposed to be?I'm very disappointed
