08 May 2026, 12:44Hi, this query was escalated since the 17th of April. I have spoken with Kate Machard, Jade McNally and Amanda Sosibo and no one has provided us with a solution. Today, i got a call from a Constable from Rietgat Police Station in Soshanguve who advised that he does not see any reason for the case as we paid for these coupons and Boxer has debited our accounts. I NEED A SOLUTION TODAY!!!

Hi, this query was escalated since the 17th of April. I have spoken with Kate Machard, Jade McNally and Amanda Sosibo and no one has provided us with a solution.
