Was so disappointed with the cashier's attitude at till number 11

Was so disappointed with the cashier's attitude at till number 11.we came for our sassa 370 grants,the cashier couldn't explain that she is only taking withdrawal from tyme bank not any other cash back since their machine is offline.instead she asked me how do I think she must do it! Even Infront of me there was a old man also trying to get cash back but she said"how am I suppose to do???! I wonder y must we go to boxer if we want our money and we get this attitude.and I don't want any of their manager to call me and apologize cause that's wat they do best,the following day u get same attitude.
