Walk away manager

I visited the Daveyton liquor branch on the 16th December 2021 to purchase 4th Street which was on promotion. I was then informed at the till that the 750ml bottle is out of stock, meaning essentially I would be short supp**** what was promised on the adverts. I then asked to see the store manager to enquire as to how something of this sort happens.

He did not come when the cashier called him but I was then given his name and directed to where he was standing. I then proceeded to him, as I was approaching he started walking off with a colleague. I called out to them and asked who Sihle was between the 2 of them, a fairish skinned male responded to being the person I was asking for however he then turned away from me and proceeded walking away. I called him out again and he just glanced back and continued walking off, ignoring me.

Now I'm not sure if that is how customers are treated at your stores but for me as a paying client, I find this absolutely rude and unacceptable.

As such I would appreciate the following: 1. An explanation/apology from Sihle for his unbecoming behaviour and 2. The 750ml bottle of wine that I was led to believe I would receive as part of the promotion.
