VOUCHERS!!

: Boxer team!! I am extremely upset by the service I got from YOUR KAALFONTEIN STORE!! This has been going on for a while now,I am a shop owner(small shop) and I use WiCodes (coupons) quite a lot that I get from using my Coke rewards...There is a woman who goes by IRENE at that store and I asingling her out because she is the one who seems to have a big problem when it comes to me being assisted with WiCodes, I was told by the cashiers that she sent a communication that I and my family should not be assisted when we come to the shop...Today I had to skip work to be able to attend to this..she as expected denied that I get assisted so I, knowing that this cannot be fair told her to show me the communication where it says I should not be assisted and she ran to those offices at the store.. A gentleman who I think is one of the supervisor's came to me after he heard the commotion and my frustration asked what was going on and I explained so he asked one cashier to assist me and sure enough the voucher went through with no Problems...I am upset because this made customers look at me funny and I was denied assistance when I hadn't done anything wrong...I left them my number because they said they have sent "Thato" Please communicate the rewards that are allowed at your store as this makes your stuff look stupid and *********** when they deny us assistance for valid rewards
