Vodaypay withdrawal

I am not happy with boxer I am not sure if its lack of training or what. However everytime I try to withdraw money from my vodapay the staff seem to know nothing about it, they will tell you its a voucher...one would always have to ask for supervisor or someone higher to get help and thats if you are lucky most of the time I get returned being told you dont know such. If you are to render a service please make your staff aware of your products/services
