VERY VERY POOR SERVICE

Today I went to buy some goodies which amounted to R106.53 at Boxer Bloemfontein Central Park. I bought Albany Brown Bread, Evolve Earbuds 100s, Sprite Pet 300ml, Henro Lemon Cream Biscuits 150g, White Star Instant Maize Porridge 1kg, Super White Samp 1kg and Government 38L Bag. The queue for payment to the cashier was moving at a very slow pace. Everyone in that queue was grumbling among themselves about this ordeal. Eventually it was my turn to be served I was with my colleague. When I got to the till point I greeted the cashier who didn't respond or acknowledge me, I also requested for a plastic bag without being asked that's what I always do. But the cashier a matured lady was so busy talking to two male colleagues. She scanned my grocery and asked me if I needed a plastic bag she paid no attention at all. Her attitude and customer service is bad. I just stood there watching them arguing because she wanted to send one of the guys to buy Kfc for her child. This gentleman told her that the security didn't allow him to go out because it was not his lunchtime and gave her back R200 note, which she took and put it inside her chest. She even threatened to leave the till alone and go to Kfc.The cashier Moipone T...p..e was angry and speaking Sesotho using unpleasant language especially infront of customers. Then another lady came to intervene from lottery kiosk. She was holding something like new uniforms inside a clear plastic bag. The lady said she will go to Kfc for her.

This was my first encounter with someone like that, who doesn't respect their job especially at Boxer. I do my shopping here every month with my wife. I'm very disappointed, it's pity I didn't have my B rewards card for records.
