Very upset customer this matter must be dealt with as a crucial matter

Today I was at boxers vereeniging it was so full and I was standing in the line so there was 2 lines at till point 3 and 4 so in that line u either move to no 3 or 4 so when I got to the till point with my trolley where as everybody in the line has trolleys then when I reach the till point they refuse to assist me after I stand in a very long queue they telling me that it's only for small trolleys but they assist the other people of their color I'm a coloured so they refuse to help me but people went before me with trolleys and they were assisted I'm very disappointed in the way I've been treated at boxers vereeniging they did not even say sorry they just start talking in sotho and said let her go back to the line and help the customers before he I'm so disgusted by the way they treated me i did not know boxers is helping you first according to your skin color this matter to me is very serious I was discriminated by boxers staff in boxers vereeniging
