Very Disappointing Service

I'm running a creche and I normally buy my creche groceries at Boxer Store in Evaton Mall. So I accidentally lost my receipt and I went to store last week Wednesday was helped by Sibongile and asked her if they can retrieve my receipt using my card number as I normally pay via EFT. To my surprise they couldn't assist me. I was asked to come back the following day, I then went again they told me to come back on Friday but still nothing was done. I was taken from pillar to post with no one to assist me. They took my contact numbers and phoned me on Saturday to tell the their IT department cannot retrieve the receipt and that I should remember the till I used. Like really now😠😡It's their duty to assist customers. I am not sure if they don't want to or what. I mean a big shop like Boxer cannot assist their customers really? The money that I spend at Boxer every month it's lot and this this what I get in return? For just a receipt and it's impossible to retrieve it. Or I don't know if people are lazy to work or they don't want to. I have decided to take my money elsewhere, where I know I will get help should anything like this happen. I am so disappointed with Boxer bad service. I am expecting feedback ASAP
