Very disappointed

I am starting to think that boxer as a whole has no sense of urgency and does not care about their customers despite the frustration and concerns raised about the horrific experience I endured in store given by both the manager and the store consultant. I am still awaiting a promised call from management and till now I have not heard from them.

Very disappointed.
