Very disappointed and disgusted with service provided .

Very disappointed with the service with both the cashier and the manager. date 23/ 04/2026 Firstly, I am a very loyal customer I pass there every day without fail and today it's so happened that I needed cash back for R500 and was told there was no money and my question was, so the store did not have money and its was not even much. There was no sense of urgency not much attention was provided, and I was treated with the attitude and disrespect. How can I be told there is no money while the store if operational and them knowing I'm in the store every day as a loyal customer.
