Very Bad Customer service

I went to buy some items at Boxer (Qwaqwa 2) and I was assisted by the cashier by the name of Atang Khasu, who was very rude. She decided to give me bad attitude and raised her voice on me when I told her the card machine was showing an error message before I could inserte the card. She decided to call 2 of her colleagues and chitchat about how they fondle each others buttocks in the staff room right infront of me instead. She even forgot to action the Tymebank cashback that I'd requested, I had to return and do it at the kiosk. Please do something about this rude employee, there's a lot of young individuals who would appreciate a job that she has which she does not appreciate or deserve.
