Useless Branch

I've been a loyal boxer customer for years, but the horrible service I always get at the Bara branch is disgusting. If the store isn't dirty, cashiers are rude. I honestly don't understand why you advertise specials only for it to be incorrect in-store. I work for a retail company and I know that I'm supposed to get compensated for incorrect shelf labels or wrong promotional ticket. I purchased the R99 kettle which comes with 2 free mugs to my surprise there's hardly any mugs in the Bara branch!! I asked the teller if I can come back to claim my mugs since I've got the receipt as proof of purchase she said no. What nonsense is this?
