Unsatisfying service and bad attitude

I have been treated with such a bad attitude, unsatisfactory service at boxer superstore orange farm ext 4, after queuing a long time requesting to withdraw a lousy R100 at a till! After changing some tills because we were told that they don't have money. What made me feel so bad is that the guy I who was in front of me paid the groceries with cash and made some deposits but one of the staff came and withdrawn from her personal account taking all the money that was available leaving the till empty!! How is it possible that they prioritize staff over the customer while the queue for withdrawal is long?? I asked for the manager who also gave me an attitude and told me that they normally book the money when they start the shift I was so dissatisfied with the treatment I asked for the managers name as I was told the lady was but she left me there without answering me, so I'd like to know if with them they prioritize their staff over us customers??
