unsatisfied customer

yesterday i was a boxer store at central park, bloemfontein. the services is so bad at that store let alone that is month end and you'll stand in a line for an hour will the cashier will be stand there asked for people who are going to swipe and will all those who are paying cash. And the supervisor will be stand there in from while the cashier will be doing nothing while people are waiting for service and knowing very well and some of those customers have to take bus to go home
