Unresolved Incident: *****ulent Withdrawal of Funds at Boxer Kwa-Thema

I am writing again to formally raise a complaint regarding a serious and unresolved incident involving funds I transferred at the Boxer store in Kwa-Thema.

As previously reported, the intended recipient was unable to collect the funds. When they attempted to do so at another Boxer branch, they were informed that the money had already been withdrawn. Upon returning to the Kwa-Thema branch, I was advised that the funds had been withdrawn from the same till I originally used, just a few hours after the transaction. This is extremely concerning, as the transaction was legitimate and intended for a specific individual.

I reported the matter to the store immediately but received no meaningful assistance. I was advised to open a case with the South African Police Service, which I did promptly. I was also informed that CCTV footage would be reviewed to assist in the investigation. However, more than two months have passed, and I have followed up at the store several times. The most recent update from the manager was that the CCTV footage had been reviewed but has unfortunately been deleted. Till this day, my issue has not been resolved.
