Unproffessional staff at Ulundi boxer!!

I am so disappointed with the customer service my aunt received at the Ulundi Boxer stores. We have always bought the boxer eCoupons online on a monthly basis for our family in Ulundi. It has come to our attention that the staff does not know these eCoupons in Ulundi and they have been harrassing my aunt more than twice now.

The cashier Nontokozo was very rude to my aunt and kept calling her a **** because of these eCoupons we had bought. She blatantly told my aunt that she does not know where she got them but they are not using them in Ulundi. She then took pictures of my aunt and refused to help her with the coupons and said she had been there to **** the store.

We spoke to the Regional manager Richard and he also refused to help us and said his investigations showed no signs of accusing my aunt that she was a ****. I am utterly dissapointed with the store not say the least the STAFF!

We will be withdrawing from buying groceries in this store as they have failed to provide a service to us as customers.
