Unprofessionalism

On 8 November 2021 around 5pm I bought little groceries at the Boxer Store in Commercial Road, Port Elizabeth. Included in the groceries was 3pks of 125g Simba Chips which were on special, ie you pay R36 for 3pkts. I was helped by a lady at till #5 and she rang R16.99 for each packet of chips. I queried the price because in their shelf it's written in BIG, 3pkts for R36. The lady told me with a stinking attitude that the correct price is the one in her till and the special has expired. I asked her why is the special price still there and I as a customer buy what I see. She told me that it was not her duty to remove that price and some Desmond guy should have done it. I then told her it was not my fault that the special price is still there while it shouldn't be there. A supervisor was called but she was helpless because she was also singing the same tune as the cashier, busy blaming each other. I told them they can't argue with each other in front of the customer (me) and they should just help me get my special price and they sort out their incompetency and unprofessionalism in my absence. The supervisor was not willing to help. On seeing that I won't be getting any help from them, I asked them to take their chips back and refund me. Then I left the store. I've never been this disappointed in my life. Boxer Store staff are a disgcace and they've exposed their poor service to other customers that were also queueing to pay
