Unprofessional stuff

On Monday the 13th of November 2017 in the morning I purchased three items and the lady at the till that was servicing me was rude and unprofessional at 1st she said the till was close but she was serving someone else and went to the other till and less than a minute she was serving another person so I went back and when she was servicing me she gave me my change and it was short I then inquired was it was short she said she didn't have 5cent coins she then throw a 10cent coin at me instead of giving it to me in my hand. I then ask to speak to the manager she took about 4mins before calling her manager I then told her manager what I had experience he promise to look at it. The lady was very rude unprofessional and a bad attitude I'm not sure if this is the service your store provide to all of your customers.
