Unprofessional service

<p>At about 11h20 this morning the 4 July 2017 I bought some food stuff; a loaf of uncut white included at Boxer Superstore in Commercial Road, Port Elizabeth. I went to cut my bread at the machine situated close to the door of the store. I finished cutting my bread and slid it into the bread plastic. Unfortunately the plastic broke in the process and i think it is of poor quality because the bread is not heavy. I went to the security closeby and requested that he gets one of the stuff members to bring me plastic from the bakery so that I can cover my bread. he said I must go and get the plastic myself from the bakery. Mind you the bakery is right at the back of the store and i had to hold my naked bread close to my chest like a new-born baby.</p> <p>I went to the bakery, got myself a plastic and one of the bakery staff helped me to slide the bread into the plastic. I went back to the security by the door to get his name since I wanted to lay a complaint. When he saw that I was looking at his name badge he hid it but unfortunately for him I was so quick to read his name, ie SIPHUMEZE MBANA. I am so disappointed with the manner in which the security handled this because I am a regular customer at Boxer.</p>
