Unhappy resigned staff

Hi my name is Zinhle Melato i was working at Boxer Sam ntuli of which I have resigned a round early January. Ian not happy of how the admin has been treating me all the negative and bad attitude for me .Since from recently months I have been asking for my uif forms she is been rejecting all my text.On Wednesday I called the headoffice and explained everything to them they said they will sent my uif forms on Wednesday around 2.Today I went to Boxer and ask people at the office to call her when she saw me she didn't come and I spoke to the assisant manager (Vusi)he is the one who called him and explained everything to her when she was approaching me she looked at me in a bad way.The assistant manager gave me the ui19 and I went to Labour but at Labour they are saying they have to give me the salary schedule and certificate of service this up and down isn't really fair because I'm heavily pregnant and I'm about to give birth so and again is it fair for me to call the headoffice and ask for the remaining documents and when I get there she will do the same attitude?
