Unhappy customer

I ordered a cake from Boxer in Zwide on Monday paid for it and gave them details of collection which was Tuesday 16:00. Because I needed for a church event to my surprise when I got there the cake hadn’t been prepared, I was told to wait when I received the cake that was done in a hurry the cake didn’t look good at all the cream looked melted.

Yesterday I went to boxer again I requested money at the till they told me they did not have cash in all the till, moments later while standing at the ATM inside the store the manager came and requested cash for someone he knew personally so in order to get good service at this boxer you must be known personally their service is poor I don’t understand why black people treat other black so badly
