Unhappy customer

Had a terrible experience at Boxer Motherwell complex yesterday 22/09/2025. I get there the frimax strips chips you buy 3 and the cheapest one free. Now at the till the promo is not going through, we wait for the assistance manager for a good 25 minutes i think his name is Thabo or something like that. Apparently some promos are on going through the whole day and there's nothing they can do i must come back when their IT has fixed the issue, he doesnt know when, now i must go to Boxer everyday and check if the system is right? The last time i checked a customer pays the price or get the promotion they see. This is the first retail that does not know how to overide their tills this is insane my daughter loves those chips and it was upsetting we were not able to get the promotion yesterday, so today i must waste fuel and go there again??????? what still IT hasnt fixed yoooohh.
