Unfair treatment recieved

On the 17/09/205 @ exactly 11 am I went in the store in Jeppe Jhb,showed the security at the door my bag which had noodles,energy drink and a laptop he didn’t even bother checking inside,I went to one of the tills to withdraw money,next thing when we walked out the other security stopped us to say that where’s the slip,we explained the situation and they treated us like ********s the one security came and he told us y didn’t we declare because they are not allowed to open our bags but funny enough when we were going out he opened my bag,I wasted a whole hour only for us not to even get the money because apparently absa cash send no longer works at boxer. I really am disgusted by this treatment as no one even reported to the manager or show me when I requested for one.
