Unfair treatment

Boxer staff are so rude, it takes me 2 minutes from where I work to go there I sent someone to buy me Munt Crisp Chocolate and she mistakenly took top deck mint and in the 5 minutes it tòok her to return the chocolate they refuse saying the chocolate has melted! How will chocolate melt under 5 minutes while not even in the sun??? Sometimes a person needs to put themselves in their clients shoes and stop being rude and vindictive in work places. The eggs are always rotten the queues are always long we do not complain but this was just the last straw. When you work with people you need to leave your stinking attitude at home!!! We serve the community and not the other way around!
