Unacceptable Refusal to Provide UI19 Form

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Boxer Superstores. Despite multiple requests, the store has refused to provide me with my UI19 form — a document that every employer is legally required to issue so that former employees can claim UIF. Their refusal has caused unnecessary delays and stress, especially during a time when this form is crucial for my financial stability. The lack of assistance and accountability from the staff is unacceptable. No one should be denied their UIF documents, and Boxer Superstores needs to take responsibility and comply with labour regulations. I hope management resolves this urgently and ensures no other employee is put through this.
