Unacceptable behavior or attitude of cashiers

I have sent my Brother to go withdraw cash for me with the tyme code and he was returned twice hence is not the first time he does the withdrawal.

I am stranded I need cash but could not get assistance.

I just want a valid reason why would boxer hire *********** cashiers who doesn't understand what customer service means.

I expect a call from the manager to answer the questions I have regarding this matter.
