Unable to withdraw the deposited money.

My aunt deposited the money at Boxer store in august 2015 and I have been trying to withdraw at Matatiele boxer branch and I have been told numerous times that my pin is blocked 890326 and they cannot help me to unluck. I have been going there from the begining of september till today and I am not getting any assistance I am being told that they cannot help me withdraw. What I do not understand is why is boxer failing to manage their own system faults. How can consumers be treated in this pathetic service, I am requesting boxer to give me my money back R1000.00
