Unable To Register For B Rewards
I made a Boxer card 2 weeks ago, I got home and wanted to register for the B Rewards but could not as it kept saying "invalid mobile number". I called customer service and and sent all requested info via email, up to this day it's still not sorted.
I spent money to earn vouchers that I'm un to redeem and it's going to expire. Can you please fix the problem.

*Kindly download the Boxer App on the Google Play Store or the Apple store.
*Click the 3 lines on your top left
*Select login, then select sign in
*Register your details on the Boxer App
*Once you are registered, select the option of the Boxer Reward Club
*Select the icon that says "REGISTER HERE."
*Kindly fill in the form and sign up.
*Select LINK CARD option.
*Fill in your Card Number and PIN.
*Then link the card
CHANGING PIN
*Select the 3 lines on the TOP left
*Select Change PIN
*Then you can be able to change the PIN on your card

22 Dec 2025, 09:07Thank you for your response but clearly you did not read my complaint properly. I know how to register but I'm unable to register because after filling in the for and submit I get a error message stating "invalid mobile number"
Not sure if the incorrect number was entered by the cashier at Boxer but I'm unable to register. I have been waiting for 2 week for you to fix it, so please can you fix it. Like I said I spend thousands at boxer but unable to redeem the vouchers because I can't register for the B Rewards because it says my mobile number is invalid
